What you will do
- Lead and develop Arrowhead’s QA organization, with full line management responsibility for QA team members.
- Define and drive the studio-wide QA strategy.
- Establish clear QA processes, frameworks, and documentation.
- Work closely with Production, Release Management, Tech and Creative leadership to manage risk and improve predictability.
- Own QA reporting and communication, making quality status, risks and priorities visible.
- Build strong relationships with external QA partners and platform stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience of guiding successful QA teams in game studios.
- Experience in all stages of game development (including live service).
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while striving towards the one source of truth.
- Understand how to build and foster strong collaborations.
- Enjoy creating structure and clarity in ways of working.
- Ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully in English, both written and spoken.
