• Develop AI assistants by training large language models (LLM) to generate responses to user requests and maintain dialogue.
• Collect prototypes and training samples, distill heavy models for efficient inference, and improve the quality of responses through a cycle of experiments with reinforcement learning (RL) methods.
• Enhance the quality of products, participating in every stage of ML product development, from user research and MVP development to training and implementing various models and pipelines.
• Work with diverse ML tools, fine-tuning LLM models, improving ranking and clustering, developing metrics for product quality assessment, and conducting A/B tests with new features.
