TL;DR
Total Rewards Manager (HR): Managing and supporting compensation and benefits processes aligned with business needs and global rewards strategy, including salary reviews, annual variable pay, and equity processes. Focus on providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance HR analytics and improve efficiencies across the People function.
Location: This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Bangalore office)

What you will do
- Support compensation and benefits processes, aligning with business needs and global rewards strategy.
- Manage the implementation of compensation and benefit policies & procedures, considering cost & financial implications.
- Provide ongoing support to the business (Finance, Legal, HR, and other functions) on complex aspects of C&B.
- Provide insights, observations, and recommendations based on the analysis and reports produced, and take an active part in decision-making.
- Conduct job matching, job evaluation, and annual salary revision benchmarking.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in compensation and benefits.
- Experienced in supporting salary and bonus reviews.
- Advanced Excel user.
- Experience in regional benchmarking, contributing to and collecting compensation & benefits information from surveys.
