🔺QUALITY DIRECTOR (Electric Submersible Pumps)

📍Monterrey, Mexico

🔹Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electronic engineering or similar fields with Masters in business.
Experience with pumping equipment and electric motors is a mandatory requirement.
Higher technical education and work experience in industry for at least 10+ years, including at least 5+ years in senior technical positions.
Key skills: Performance management, Management proficiency, Process improvement, Decision making, Strategic planning, Strong project management skills, Coaching & Mentoring.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish or willingness to learn it.

🔹Duties:
Manages the activities of the company’s subdivisions, which are subordinate to the organizational structure of management, ensuring on- time and high-quality performance of tasks in accordance with the established working procedures.
Prevents usage of products that do not meet the necessary requirements together with the technical service of the company, determines the ways of improving the quality of the products, including quality improvement programs, participates in the development of methods of evaluation the reliability and testing of the products.
Leads the analysis of reclamations, causes of defects and violations of production technology.
Represents the quality interests of the company in relation to consumers and suppliers.
Provides a conclusion on the conformity of the quality of materials and components to standards and technical conditions and decides on the possibility of their use in production.
Monitors the on-time preparation and implementation of activities related to the introduction of new standards and technical conditions at the plant.
Participates in the analysis of the company’s production activity in order to identify production reserves, eliminate losses and unproductive costs, and rational use of material and other resources.
Organizes the work on strengthening of production and technological discipline, on meeting the requirements to the quality of products.
Monitors the on-time provision of metrological measuring tools for the production, control and testing of products.
Take required precautions and preventive measures in activities that may cause an incident affecting his/her health, the health of other employees, the community, or the environment.
Interrupt any non-controlled activity that represents a hazard for employees.

🔹Conditions:
Work at a company manufacturing electric submersible pumps and motors.
Location: Monterrey, Mexico.
Permanent contract.
