hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS company in South Jordan, Utah building simple, efficient software for accounting firms.

What you will do

  • Write, maintain, and execute manual test cases in TestRail for new features, bug fixes, and regressions.
  • Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand technical implementations and ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Assist in maintaining and running existing API automation tests using Python and Pytest.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for backend data validation as needed.
  • Track issues and test progress in Jira with clear, accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Manual QA or similar technical role.
  • Strong skills in manual functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with TestRail, Postman, Jira, Datadog, Sentry, Browser DevTools, and writing SQL queries.
  • Interest or exposure to API test automation using Python (or other OOP languages).
  • Effective debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile development environment.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience writing or maintaining API automation tests.
  • Experience contributing to a test automation framework.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.
