What you will do

• Build and maintain internal tools (web applications in Retool) to enable smooth workflows for operational teams.
• Automate end-to-end processes using BPMN and n8n to eliminate manual work.
• Empower apps and automations with AI to create smarter, faster, and more intuitive processes.
• Continuously refine and upgrade existing tools and automations to improve quality and impact.
• Work closely with product and process owners in Operations to understand user needs and deliver scalable, long-term solutions.

Requirements

• Solid JavaScript skills.
• Good familiarity with JSON and REST APIs.
• Instinct for simple, effective UI & UX, and basic comfort with UI design principles.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to simplify complex challenges.
• Natural curiosity for AI and motivation to apply it creatively in tools and automations.
• Excellent communication skills in near-native or professional English.
