What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for local AI solutions, from vision to release.
• Contribute to the product's codebase, spending at least 50% of your time on coding.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of middleware (JS), foundation (C++), QA, and documentation engineers.
• Assess market position qualitatively and quantitatively for similar products/platforms.
• Collaborate with design and technical architects to ensure high-quality UX and robust architectural choices.
• Ensure stable product releases by following precise internal processes.

Requirements

• Ability to align stakeholders on product roadmaps through mockups and PRDs.
• Strong coding skills with a commitment to hands-on development (at least 50% of time).
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (JS, C++, QA, documentation).
• Proficiency in market assessment and competitive analysis.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with design and technical architecture teams.
• Understanding of release processes to ensure stable product launches.
• English: C1+ required for excellent communication.
