What you will do

• Lead the infrastructure team, defining and communicating the infra roadmap, prioritizing, and guaranteeing project success.
• Contribute hands-on (50% of time) to technical improvements, creating new infrastructures, and maintaining existing ones.
• Serve as the go-to person for development teams regarding infrastructure questions and support.
• Collaborate closely with the Security team, participating in security committees and SOC2 audits for infrastructure compliance.
• Actively monitor and manage infrastructure costs, preparing annual budgets for the platform and internal tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Infrastructure/cloud DevOps experience.
• First experience in team management with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong experience working with cloud providers like AWS/GCP.
• Experience managing mission-critical platforms (SLA 99.5%+) or data processing platforms.
• Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.

Nice to have

• Experience with a high-level scripting language (ideally Python).
• Good knowledge of the Unix platform and ecosystem.
• General knowledge of CDN behaviors.
