• Manage cross-functional projects to expand the company's payment infrastructure from idea to implementation.
• Control the launch of local legal entities, new payment methods, and operating models for multiple brands.
• Manage projects related to product localization, including translation into new languages, connecting local telephone numbers, and hiring local support teams.
• Manage and coordinate the work of cross-functional project teams during the implementation phase.
• Track and analyze the business performance of localization and infrastructure initiatives using agreed key metrics.

Требования

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with participation in complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects from planning to implementation.
• Skills in project management: schedule planning, resource allocation, risk management, tracking key milestones in conditions of uncertainty.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including several departments (legal, financial, tax, product, commercial, marketing, business analytics).
• Experience analyzing business performance and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• English: C1+ required
