Elinext is looking for Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET + Vue.js) in Poland/Belarus

🔹 Project & Client
Our client is a US healthcare and medical advertising services provider, operating in areas such as:
Medical marketing
Medical affairs & technical writing
Customized speaker programs
Congress and event management
They are building proprietary operational systems that their enterprise clients actively use.

🔹 Position: Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET + Vue.js)
We are primarily looking for a Full-Stack Developer, but strong Back-End (.NET) or Front-End (Vue.js) specialists may also be considered.
You will be involved in developing and evolving internal operational platforms used by global healthcare companies, working closely with a US-based team.

🔹Location: Poland, Belarus (remote or office)

🔹 Working Hours (Important)
This position requires full alignment with US working hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (USA)
15:00 – 00:00 CET (Poland)
17:00 – 02:00 (Belarus)

🔹 Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
Build scalable back-end services using .NET
Develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces with Vue.js
Collaborate with US-based stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
Participate in architectural decisions and technical improvements
Ensure high code quality, performance, and security standards
Work on long-term, business-critical healthcare platforms

🔹 Requirements
Strong commercial experience with .NET (C#)
Experience with Vue.js (or strong modern JS framework background)
Understanding of full-stack web architecture and RESTful APIs
Experience with databases (SQL-based)
Strong English skills (spoken and written) — daily communication with US clients
Ability to work independently and take ownership of features
Comfortable working US business hours
Nice to have:
Experience in healthcare or regulated domains
Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD
Previous work with enterprise-level systems
