What you will do

• Design and develop software solutions for hirify.global’s CXM offerings (on-premise and SaaS).
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify external client needs and business requirements.
• Translate client specifications into technological solutions, outlining project objectives and requirements.
• Work with clients and development teams to recommend optimal solutions.
• Provide direct support in meetings and presentations, validating solutions with clients.
• Stay updated on technological developments to initiate enhanced solutions.

Requirements

• Strong background in providing solutions consulting in the software industry.
• Proven experience working for a SaaS or software vendor in solution consulting or pre-sales.
• Demonstrable strong commercial background combined with technology and software architecture understanding.
• Experience presenting and consulting for SaaS products or software solutions to C-Level executives.
• Experience working on enterprise-level projects with Systems Integrators.
• Fluent in both verbal and written German and English.
