What you will do

• Offer creative ideas and collaborate with others to develop strong concepts.
• Plan and execute video or photo shoots with strong composition and visual intent.
• Edit projects involving subject matter experts and turn complex topics into clear and engaging content.
• Apply hirify.global and brand style guides across all video deliverables.
• Organize, catalog, and archive footage for future projects.
• Explore new video production trends and techniques.

Requirements

• Ability to independently set up one or two camera shoots, including lighting and audio.
• Experience working with Sony cameras (FX3, FS7, A7III).
• Strong content editing skills and knowledge of Adobe Premiere.
• Ability to oversee and execute all aspects of video post-production including sound mix, color grading, subtitling, and multi-format delivery.
• Understanding of motion graphics and ability to work with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience in photography post-production workflows using Adobe Lightroom.
