What you will do
- Become an expert in the hirify.global product experience across multiple devices and plans to better understand customers.
- Design and write self-service content that makes complicated technical ideas simple, accessible, and findable, with a focus on enterprise workflows.
- Build engaging feature walkthroughs and basic support videos to guide users through the platform.
- Work with Enablement, Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Product teams to align support messaging.
- Apply and contribute to the Content Design System (CDS) to ensure consistency across various content types.
- Monitor content performance and user feedback to identify and execute improvements for organization and accuracy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Technical Writing.
- 1+ year of experience working with content management systems, including tweaking HTML or XML.
- Impeccable English writing skills and a superior command of grammar, style, and tone.
- Experience producing highly effective visual assets, including writing scripts for and building feature walkthroughs and "how-to" videos.
- Ability to share excerpts that highlight the skill in making complex technical information easy to understand.
Nice to have
- Experience or strong interest in using automations and AI to streamline operational and content tasks.
- Experience designing and executing detailed content plans with clear information architecture for B2B products.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects independently with great attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across Support, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
