What you will do

• Lead a wide product group, consisting of four product teams, and manage Team Leads directly.
• Hire, train, and mentor product managers to deliver high-quality products.
• Lead, develop, and execute product roadmap and release planning aligned with business objectives.
• Define and communicate product strategy with executive management and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive differentiators, and innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering to define and execute quarterly plans for state-of-the-art Cloud Security products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies for B2B SaaS products.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, including prior experience in managing product managers.
• Experience working in cybersecurity is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
