What you will do

• Support SAP Basis operations across ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP HCM landscapes.
• Ensure stable operation of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY, TM, ESS/MSS) and support payroll-critical activities.
• Participate in SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning processes.
• Execute SAP kernel upgrades, SPS and EHP patching, system copies, and DB refreshes.
• Contribute to SAP HCM migrations, including ECC HCM on AnyDB → SAP HANA.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers, sharing knowledge and improving processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in SAP Basis, including SAP HCM / HXM environments.
• Experience supporting mission-critical SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of SAP operations, lifecycle management, and migrations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Fluent English communication skills.
