What you will do

• Migrate and standardize existing documentation from Wiki to Confluence.
• Create, update, and maintain user manuals, guides, and other internal documentation materials.
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and project managers for technical information.
• Set up and manage Jira boards to support project tracking and documentation workflows.
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and linguistic quality in all English-language documentation.
• Track document versions and manage updates throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, engineering, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Confluence and Jira.
• Experience working with internal documentation and technical writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian.
• Familiarity with documentation standards (Markdown, XML, DITA).
• Ability to understand IT systems, processes, and business requirements.
