Hello everyone!

We are developing and expanding our Payments Department team in Cyprus due to the increasing number of clients and business needs, and we are looking for a Junior Payments Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities
🔹 Analyze, identify, prioritize, and resolve payment operations issues
🔹 Negotiate with banks, payment systems, and internal departments to resolve issues
🔹 Execute some manual payment operations
🔹 Participate in clients’ documents and accounts verification
🔹 Suggest new ideas and tools to improve payment processes and customer experience

Requirements
🔹 Cyprus or EU citizenship or a Spouse visa
🔹 Experience in payment operations or customer support in payment solutions/financial services
🔹 Excellent knowledge of English and Russian
🔹 Experience in Forex companies is a plus
🔹 Computer proficiency
