What you will do
- Regularly analyze game economy and key product metrics.
- Collect, process, and interpret game data.
- Conduct research and suggest improvements to the game’s economy and balance.
- Participate in feature development by designing analytics events.
- Form and test research hypotheses.
- Recommend possible improvements across various in-game metrics.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in the game industry.
- Experience in feature development and understanding of F2P game economy.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Microsoft Power BI).
- Experience conducting A/B tests and building hypotheses.
- English level: Intermediate+ (B2).
Nice to have
- Initiative and drive.
- Well-developed product mindset.
- Experience with Apache Airflow (or other data automation systems).
- Experience working with AI tools.
