What you will do

• Regularly analyze game economy and key product metrics.
• Collect, process, and interpret game data.
• Conduct research and suggest improvements to the game’s economy and balance.
• Participate in feature development by designing analytics events.
• Form and test research hypotheses.
• Recommend possible improvements across various in-game metrics.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in the game industry.
• Experience in feature development and understanding of F2P game economy.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Microsoft Power BI).
• Experience conducting A/B tests and building hypotheses.
• English level: Intermediate+ (B2).

Nice to have

• Initiative and drive.

• Experience with Apache Airflow (or other data automation systems).
