What you will do

• Improve and develop web-based clients, native apps, and RESTful web services.
• Work in a cross-functional Scrum team, producing high-quality and tested code.
• Give and receive feedback in code reviews and share knowledge with peers.
• Take ownership of features, quality, and the work environment, following a "You build it, you run it" approach.
• Work iteratively, pushing code frequently, ensuring CI/CD, and automating where possible.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Backend Engineer working with Go, Java, and Kotlin.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for the things you build and a desire to make a difference.
• Experience in an agile environment.
• Value quality as well as clean code and continuous learning.
• Good English communication skills (B2 level required).
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding and appreciation for diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
