What you will do

• Assess existing IT backlog and companywide initiatives to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions, collaborating with the IT team.
• Develop strategies to securely integrate AI/ML solutions into trading platforms and internal operations.
• Utilize machine learning to alleviate pressure and streamline processes within counterparty onboarding, order categorization, and client experience.
• Develop and implement algorithms for data cleansing, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Utilize machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models and algorithms in production, continuously iterating for improvement.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and frameworks.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with developing custom AI models and algorithms.
• Team player with advanced communication and collaboration skills.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude, always seeking solutions and thinking outside the box.
• Capability to work and succeed in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• English: B2 required
