What you will do

• Develop and evolve the project’s visual direction: create concepts, build mood boards, and keep all artwork consistent with the game’s style.
• Own visual quality: review assets and provide clear, actionable feedback to 3D artists and animators to ensure alignment with approved concepts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including producers, engineers, and game designers, to bring ideas smoothly from concept to in-game reality.

Requirements

• Strong interest in and motivation to work within the Tacticool visual style.
• Proven experience working as part of a creative team.
• High level of responsibility, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Portfolio pieces closely aligned with the project’s visual style.
• Experience creating realistic weapon or vehicle concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Unity and/or 3D software.
• Practical use of AI / neural network tools within art production pipelines.
