What you will do
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive Pokémon GO’s LATAM strategy, community celebrations and live event initiatives.
- Break down multifaceted issues into workable components and guide the LATAM team in planning from ideation through post-launch.
- Partner with QA to ensure events are properly set up and thoroughly tested before going live.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, navigating approval hurdles to successfully land a cohesive end product.
- Engage with team leadership to keep them apprised of LATAM performance and present data-driven results and recaps.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience producing a live service mobile game.
- 2+ years Experience with production processes and methodologies including Agile, SCRUM and waterfall.
- Experience with productivity and collaboration tools/software with an emphasis on spreadsheets, word processor and BI Tools (JIRA, Looker, Google Docs).
- Ability to demonstrate extraordinary organization, communication, detail-oriented, and leadership skills while working on cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
