What you will do

• Own product end-to-end through the entire software development life cycle.
• Prioritize critical aspects of hirify.global products (Cloud and on-prem).
• Partner with sales, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver cyber-exposure offerings.
• Quantify success metrics for the team and establish attainable goals.
• Communicate to executive leadership and provide visibility to team contributions.
• Drive product strategy through influence, motivation, and relationships across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years Product Management experience.
• Prior Cyber Security experience (e.g., SOC analyst/lead, red team, pen tester, security consultant).
• Experience with platform architectures (PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS), Web Services, and Service-Oriented Architectures (REST APIs).
• Ability to drive the product strategy, influence stakeholders, and deliver through the software development lifecycle.
• Strong experience with hybrid agile development.
• English: C1+ (Mastery of communication skills)

• Proven development experience.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
