What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities.
• Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Experience in delivering end-to-end manual and automated testing solutions in complex environments, with emphasis on designing scalable automation frameworks and strategies.
• Deep proficiency in Java for test automation development, including experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Knowledge of commonly used test automation frameworks (Selenium, RestAssured, TestNg, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration ecosystems such as TeamCity, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, alongside solid knowledge of Git.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, risk-based testing, test optimisation, and best practices for enterprise-grade automation.
• Must be based in Prague for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Experience with relational databases, including complex data validation and test data design.
• Familiarity with performance testing frameworks.
