What you will do

• Manage and execute strategic projects and programs, focusing on the delivery of strategic priorities and KPIs.
• Lead project teams, assign individual responsibilities, and develop time schedules.
• Oversee time schedule, budget, and design constraints for projects.
• Make decisions about analysis and design, solve complex problems, and provide alternative methods for achieving goals.
• Identify and manage changes and risks throughout the duration of projects.
• Regularly inform stakeholders, management, and customers about program/project development and milestones.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in project management (at least 8 years).
• Sound experience with change requests handling, project charters, risk registers, stakeholder management, scope creep, and cost/team management.
• Master's degree in information technology or business administration.
• Project management related training/certifications are preferred (IPMA C, Prince2, PMP, Kanban, SAFe).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Advanced user of MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and Mural.
• Good understanding of business strategy and advanced IT terminology.
