What you will do

• Provide creative and strategic direction for hirify.global’s digital touchpoints, including the marketing website, landing pages, and lifecycle experiences.
• Drive performance and innovation using research, analytics, and experimentation (CRO, A/B testing, UserTesting).
• Own the UX Design roadmap, aligning creative innovation with measurable growth outcomes.
• Lead and manage a distributed UX Design team, ensuring design excellence and business intent.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and elevate the role of UX within marketing.
• Integrate AI and automation into workflows to improve quality, consistency, and velocity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX, digital design, or creative direction roles within SaaS, ecommerce, or high-growth digital environments.
• Proven track record of leading creative and UX teams at a global scale.
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic UX leadership and measurable business results.
• Experience building and managing design systems and collaborating with front-end engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of CRO principles, A/B testing, and data-informed design.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern front-end tools and workflows.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.

Nice to have

• Front-end development experience.
• Experience in the retail or restaurant industry.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS.
• Knowledge of French, German, or Dutch.
