What you will do

• Coordinate and manage medium-complex projects following defined methodologies and frameworks.
• Track key project indicators, report progress, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Cooperate closely with cross-functional project teams and various stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, defining scope, timeline, team members, and financial aspects.
• Specify and conduct project requirements and expectations from initiation to completion.
• Fulfill project goals from quality, time, and budget perspectives, and drive change requests.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant business experience in project management.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Broader knowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Sound experience with change request handling, risk registers, stakeholder, and cost management.
• Advanced user of MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and Mural.

Nice to have

• Project management related certifications (IPMA C, Prince2 Foundation, PMP, Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM) are preferred.
