What you will do

• Own the global end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, from customer setup to cash collection.
• Continuously develop the existing O2C framework and ensure scalable structures.
• Actively drive automation of core processes (e.g., EDI, Salesforce workflows, reporting).
• Manage and monitor operational KPIs such as OTIF, DSO, order accuracy, dispute rate and cost-to-serve.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain & Logistics to improve delivery performance, product availability and OTIF targets.
• Work together with IT and the Transformation Office on the integration of Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Operations or a comparable field.
• You bring extensive and well-founded professional experience in Order-to-Cash, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations.
• You have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (order management, workflows) and SAP S/4HANA (SD, FI, credit management).
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
• You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders confidently and enjoy working cross-functionally.
