hirify.global is looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join their vibrant team.

What you will do

• Actively seek and implement solutions to optimize workflows, automate processes, and reduce project costs without compromising quality.
• Work closely with both the UI/UX designers and backend teams to create responsive, user-centered designs and integrate them efficiently with backend services.
• Ensure that all flutter applications adhere to security best practices, particularly regarding sensitive user data, and comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate opportunities to automate development processes and improve system performance through flutter's performance profiling tools and widgets.
• Contribute to comprehensive documentation, support detailed project planning, and participate in strategic discussions to enhance product quality and functionality.
• Participate in pre-sales activities with clients, collaborating closely with business analysts and designers to refine project requirements, estimate timelines, and propose efficient, scalable flutter-based solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, with a proven track record of delivered projects.
• Strong experience in the healthcare domain, with a good understanding of compliance and data security standards such as HIPAA.
• Ability to work with other people’s code and effectively maintain and improve existing solutions.
• Deep understanding of architectural patterns, especially clean architecture and the ability to implement it effectively in projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to hold calls with clients from the US (flexible hours accommodating US time zones).
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and deployment strategies using tools like Jenkins, Gitlab CI, or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with additional cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud, and experience in optimizing cloud usage to improve application performance.
