TL;DR

Senior HR Operations Specialist: Building the operational backbone for employee experience by managing complex HR lifecycle processes and leading regional system enhancements with an accent on operational delivery and transformative project work. Focus on optimizing HR processes, ensuring data integrity, and solving complex employee cases in a fast-paced international environment.

Location: Expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies.

What you will do

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for multiple EMEA HR life-cycle processes, auditing and executing high-volume transactions using Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Ensure the accuracy of SOPs and HR data, improving documentation and data quality for global policies.
  • Manage Tier 2 inquiries with integrity, exercising judgment and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Analyze root causes of process breakdowns and propose effective, scalable solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Lead optimization projects, driving UAT scripts and process standardization across the region.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, and HR Technology to bridge global strategies with local statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR experience in an international, matrixed environment is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow/HRSD is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets to interpret data and inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated urgency, persistence, and self-reliance in problem-solving.
  • Sophisticated communication abilities across diverse functions, geographies, and seniority levels.
  • Proactively share domain expertise to elevate the entire HR Operations team.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of EMEA-specific leave (Sick, Parental, Absence) and benefits.
  • Direct experience contributing to UAT and requirements gathering for HR system enhancements.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday configuration.
  • Knowledge of French/German/Spanish language.
