What you will do

• Own and execute hirify.global’s offsite SEO strategy for hirify.global’s brand.
• Earn editorial backlinks and brand mentions through outreach, relationship building, and campaign-led initiatives.
• Partner with Product Marketing to improve presence across review platforms.
• Monitor and protect hirify.global’s brand reputation.
• Improve hirify.global visibility across Reddit, Quora, and relevant communities through scalable playbooks.
• Execute YouTube visibility initiatives through creator partnerships and collaborations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in SEO with a strong focus on offsite SEO / digital PR (mid–senior level).
• Proven record of securing mentions and links on reputable sites and driving measurable organic impact.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals plus modern offsite concepts: entity SEO, topical authority, E-E-A-T, and AEO/AI discovery.
• Hands-on experience with outreach and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs/Semrush, BuzzStream/Pitchbox, Hunter, etc.).
• Experience building visibility through YouTube influencers and communities (Reddit/Quora).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
