TL;DR

Release Management Engineer (Fintech): Managing software releases for hirify.global products supported by the regional business entity with an accent on successful delivery of releases into live environments. Focus on creating and managing implementation plans, release meetings, and production cutover.

Location: 16th Floor, AIA Tower, 8767 Paseo de Roxas, 1226 Makati City, Philippines

What you will do

Plan and rollout various hirify.global products in controlled environments.
Ensure end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of releases into the Live environments.
Create and manage implementation plans, release meetings, and production cutover.
Validate release scope with project managers and delivery managers.
Ensure technical validation of all releases is completed and reported for Go Live.
Handle software packaging, deployment, and log analysis of hirify.global products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering.
3 to 7 years of Release Management, Configuration Management experience in the banking & financial services industry.
Experience with Unix, Oracle, SQL, Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Git/GitHub or other source code management tools.
Conflict resolution, stakeholder management, experience in multi-cultural matrix teams.
Open to work in weekend/shifts depending on priorities.
Knowledgeable in CI/CD process.

Nice to have

Understanding of hirify.global Banking System concepts.
Knowledge about hirify.global Front Platform, Mobile Application releases.
hirify.global ICE Release Stream creation, cutover.
Shell scripting, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Container Platform.
Agile / ITIL certified
AWS / OCI or any cloud certification.
