• Develop product and service strategy in alignment with company strategy.
• Shape the product roadmap, considering customer needs, market standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare compelling business cases to support product investments.
• Own and drive strategic growth initiatives overseeing the product evolution over the full development cycle.
• Collaborate closely with diverse internal stakeholders to define R&D budget allocation and monitoring of innovation initiatives.
• Coordinate the launch of new product features with product marketing and sales operations teams.

Requirements

• Product management experience in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Confident in making strategic product decisions, based on data insights.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Curious and proactive in exploring how AI tools can streamline workflows, boost productivity, and improve decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B product management.
