What you will do

• Ensure incoming royalty reports are processed in a timely fashion.
• Ensure incoming royalty reports are correctly imported into in-house royalty accounting systems by verifying data and mappings.
• Administer royalty balances and investigate and solve royalty allocation questions and issues.
• Act as the point of contact for hirify.global internal teams and escalate issues internally.

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately within given deadlines.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working with numbers and paying attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
