📌Account Manager
📍Full-time, Remote
We are seeking an Account Manager to help us shape the future of iGaming.
Requirements
Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to effectively manage each stage.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, attention to detail, and proactive.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Positive and communicative approach to building client relationships.
Willingness and ability to travel to participate in exhibitions and events.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with casino operators, ensuring proper positioning and promotion of our games on their platforms.
Monitor internal project deadlines and inform clients of game releases and updates.
Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and resolve performance issues.
Work with the support team to effectively resolve client and partner issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact, managing and prioritizing client communications.
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing customers.
Keep customers up-to-date on marketing tools and promotional opportunities, such as Freebets and Rain promotions.
Work closely with internal teams to provide support and ensure a seamless experience.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, building trust and credibility through clear communication and reliable service delivery.
Keep abreast of iGaming industry trends and provide feedback to the game development team.
Conduct demonstrations and product walkthroughs to enhance customer engagement.
Participate in event planning and coordination, from pre-marketing activities to on-site support.
