Requirements

• 8+ years experience in software/game development
• 4+ years in a leadership position
• 4+ years of direct people management experience
• Experience leading teams through feature development cycles.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across disciplines and time zones.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in game development, live service operations, or related entertainment fields.
• Experience in creating metrics and data-driven improvement processes.
• Agile certifications concerning scaling Scrum and Kanban methodology.
