• Support clients at all levels by addressing inquiries and promptly resolving issues via live chat, email, and phone.

Requirements

• English: C1+ level required and Fluent in Russian.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to listen to clients and understand their needs to find solutions.
• Ability to work a flexible shift schedule, including nights and weekends (weekend and night shifts are remote).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
