Location: This role is based on-site at our Alkmaar office (40 hours per week), with hybrid work possible. You must live in the Netherlands and be eligible to work in the EU.

What you will do

• Collaborate with experienced developers, designers, and technical artists.
• Refine architecture, support modular systems, and introduce new technologies and workflows.
• Guide and support other developers, elevating team capabilities.
• Debug complex systems and refine data architectures.
• Develop tools used across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Unity3D experience.
• Strong C# development skills.
• Strong data-structure and technical design skills.
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and coach junior developers.
• HBO/Bachelor level thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience with Async programming.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• CI/CD experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
