What you will do

• Implement, test, deliver, and maintain hirify.global's data importing and exporting features.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure high quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Advocate for improvements to product, security, quality, and performance.
• Craft code meeting standards for style, maintainability, and best practices.
• Recognize and implement solutions for team efficiency impediments ("technical debt").
• Handle L3 support requests and ship new features and improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Java developer in SaaS projects.
• Experience with Microservices frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and messaging systems like Kafka.
• Familiarity with Unit and integration tests.
• Professional-level English spoken and written (C1+).
• Self-motivated, with good organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Micronaut framework experience.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
