What you will do

• Participate in all phases of RF power amplifier development in RF front-end modules.
• Work on architecture, system, and transistor-level circuit design.
• Perform top-level simulations.
• Support layout and validation activities.
• Collaborate closely with RF front-end modules, layout, and validation teams.

Requirements

• MS degree or PhD with hands-on experience in RF power amplifier or related RFIC circuit design.
• Solid knowledge of RF IC design, device physics, microwave, and electromagnetics.
• Solid RF and Analog layout knowledge and experience.
• Strong understanding of RF IC design and circuit specifications (NF, IL, linearity).
• Familiarity with ADS, Cadence spectre, Goldengate, EMX, and HFSS.
• Good lab skills in circuit characterization and strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• English: B2 required
