What you will do

• Support clients in the implementation of necessary infrastructure and configure application releases.
• Assist client application management teams in application setup and proactively participate in technical discussions.
• Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions, liaising with hirify.global product development teams.
• Coordinate version upgrades for existing clients, tracking progress and managing risks.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global product development teams to ensure successful upgrades.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases and network communications (HTTP, SSL).
• Understanding of Docker ecosystem concepts and good knowledge of the Linux environment.
• Experience with information system troubleshooting.
• Highly motivated and self-sufficient with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking software and knowledge of financial products and wealth management.
• DevOps experience, especially on Kubernetes, Openshift.
• Experience driving or supporting IT projects (Agile or Waterfall).
• Understanding of SDLC and ITIL processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and excellent documentation skills.
