What you will do

• Conduct routine testing as defined in the Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) to assess adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Perform sample-based testing of client files and trade data to ensure compliance with conduct and safeguarding standards.
• Maintain high standards of record keeping for all compliance logs, including breaches, conflicts of interest, and personal account dealing.
• Gather and organise data required for Management Information (MI) and regulatory reporting.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of compliance training materials to the wider business.

Requirements

• Experience in a compliance, risk, or audit-related role within financial services (experience in FinTech or Payments is a plus).
• A foundational understanding of the regulations affecting Electronic Money and Payment Services.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate with local and group compliance colleagues.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
