We’re looking for an 👨‍💻#iOS Team Lead who combines startup speed with enterprise-level scale thinking.

📕Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and push a high-performing iOS engineering team to deliver exceptional results.
• Architect, develop, and refine Swift + SwiftUI applications built for performance and global scale.
• Be hands-on in the code — guiding architecture, reviewing code, and solving critical problems.
• Drive problem-solving culture — remove blockers fast, find smarter paths, and make bold decisions.
• Ensure accurate estimations, tight planning, and on-time delivery — no surprises, no delays.
• Build with startup speed while maintaining enterprise-grade scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and QA to move fast and align vision to execution.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and performance tracking with Datadog and related tools.
• Obsess over the user experience — every interaction, animation, and performance metric matters.
• Lead with urgency and ownership — happy only when it’s live, stable, and performing.

📚Requirements
• 7+ years of iOS development experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior technical role.
• Deep expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and modern mobile architecture (MVVM, Combine, modular design).
• Proven experience building and scaling complex, high-traffic consumer apps.
• Strong understanding of networking, asynchronous programming, and data management.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve under pressure — technically and organizationally.
• Strong command of estimations, sprint planning, and delivery management.
• Experience with Datadog or equivalent monitoring and performance optimization tools.
• Excellent English communication skills — written, spoken, and technical.
• Relentless ownership mindset — you drive outcomes, not tasks.
• Comfort with speed, change, and ambiguity — clarity through action.

📒Nice to Have
• Experience with CI/CD systems, automation, and App Store pipelines.
• Familiarity with backend collaboration, data instrumentation, or marketing automation.
• Prior experience with e-commerce, data-heavy, or personalized applications.
• Passion for building teams that solve problems creatively and deliver consistently.
