TL;DR

Senior Technical Producer (Game Infrastructure): Coordinating ongoing development initiatives and owning individual projects for the hirify.global ID team within the Player Platform organization with an accent on prioritizing cross-team efforts and platform product shaping. Focus on managing complex software projects from ideation to completion and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Location: This role is based either in Helsinki or London. Travel between locations is expected. Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will do

  • Be accountable for the success of technical initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and facilitate alignment.
  • Collaborate on regular planning & prioritization processes.
  • Seek & deliver insights that shape platform products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software product or program management leading delivery of complex multi-month initiatives involving multiple engineering teams.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for games & the gaming industry.
  • Experience with consumer UX products.
  • Professional experience working with engineering teams on technical or platform products.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex software projects from ideation to completion.
  • Strong communication skills and experience developing trust and maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience being part of a platform team focusing on identity or compliance systems.
  • Worked on technical problems relating to scaling a loyalty program.
