What you will do

• Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data.
• Elicit, analyze, and track business needs, requirements, and user stories throughout the system's lifecycle.
• Support business experts and product owners in defining requirements and software development.
• Contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance, and change management.
• Design, validate, and test business processes for achieving excellence and continuous improvement.
• Communicate project objectives, business case, and requirements to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project experience relevant to the profile.
• Experience with the complete software solution lifecycle.
• Proficient in business process modeling using BPMN notation, and requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis.
• Knowledge of analysis/modeling notations like UML.
• Familiarity with formal business process management methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, and the BABOK framework.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• At least 2 certifications among CBAP, Certified UML Professional, or BPM 2 fundamental level.
