What you will do

  • Drive data-driven forecasting methodology aligned to best practices and evolving market needs.
  • Manage regional operating activities to deliver accurate, actionable insights for Sales and Finance leadership.
  • Support Sales Leadership in forecasting meetings by presenting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Recommend organizational design, sales and ecosystem headcount, book of business, and quota decisions.
  • Lead Regional MBR/QBR reviews by analyzing sales funnel trends, KPIs, and driving follow-up actions.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales operations experience, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proven expertise in Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Proficient in building high-quality, sophisticated spreadsheets, models, and executive presentations.
  • Native-level Japanese Proficiency & High-fluency in English required.
  • Must be able to work on a hybrid basis from hirify.global's Japan hub.

Nice to have

  • Advanced analytics skills with expertise in BI visualization tools and SQL (specifically Sigma).
