What you will do

• Own end-to-end sports trading strategy, ensuring strong margins, competitive odds, and controlled risk.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Sports Trading team, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture.
• Oversee odds compilation, pricing, and market management across multiple sports and betting markets.
• Drive automation and efficiency using algorithms, trading tools, and technology platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Risk, Customer Support, Finance, and HR teams.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and feature rollouts from a trading perspective.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sports trading or sportsbook operations with leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of sports betting markets, pricing models, and risk management.
• Solid mathematical and analytical background with experience in algorithms and data.
• Hands-on experience with trading platforms, automation tools, and market feeds.
• Natural leader and decision-maker, calm under pressure and confident in fast-moving environments.
• Fluent English required.
