TL;DR

Project Manager (Gamedev): Running concurrent game development projects with shared resources, managing Jira, refining backlogs, and facilitating Agile ceremonies with an accent on studio transparency across the whole development cycle. Location: Hybrid work in Jakarta, Indonesia, with office attendance 3 days a week.

What you will do

  • Run multiple concurrent projects with shared resources.
  • Manage Jira and dashboards including burndown charts, estimations, and priorities.
  • Refine and groom tasks and backlogs.
  • Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and post mortems.
  • Deploy and balance resources and workload to optimize velocity and quality.
  • Create studio transparency across the whole development cycle.

Requirements

  • Amazing communication skills with the ability to articulate issues, requirements, and vision.
  • Ability to inspire teammates, motivate others, and achieve team deadlines.
  • Experience producing and releasing games.
  • Experience owning and running development processes (e.g., SCRUM).
  • Experience with designing, planning, and executing Product and Game roadmaps.
  • Fluent in industry-standard management tools such as JIRA or similar.
  • Professional-level English.
