What you will do

• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to implement and evaluate data science models and outcomes.
• Design and build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 4+ years of experience or advanced degree with commensurate level of work experience.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages, including Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
• Ability to perform complex data analysis and build predictive models.
• Strong skills in data visualization and presentation.
• Must work in the office 3 days per week in Belgrade, Serbia.
