Visual Designer

Visual Designer (Graphic Design): Translates the brand story into attractive, on-brand visual designs, ensuring all assets are consistently on-brand across all channels in multiple languages. Focus on maintaining and developing templates and guidelines, contributing to creative sessions, and integrating feedback constructively.

What you will do

• Design and deliver visual assets across all channels, including digital ads, social media, emails, landing pages, POS and event collateral.
• Translate marketing goals into clear, compelling, and brand-compliant visual solutions in multiple languages.
• Maintain a high standard of design quality while managing multiple deadlines.
• Proactively collaborate with Brand & Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams.
• Utilise and contribute to existing guidelines and templates to ensure visual coherence and speed up asset production across digital platforms.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding project status and deadlines.

Requirements

• You have 3-5 years of experience in visual design / digital design / graphic design, preferably in multicultural environments.
• You have formal training in design (Graphic Design / Visual Communication etc.).
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch, German and French are a plus!
• You are confident working in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Preferably, you are familiar with working with macOS, Google Workspace, and Basecamp.
